Exchanges for Damaged or Faulty Items
We accept 1-to-1 exchanges if the item arrives damaged or faulty (e.g., a broken chain or pearls damaged during shipping).

Silver Tarnish Warranty (60 Days)
All Pearl & Prejudice accessories are thoughtfully curated for durability and long-lasting beauty.
If the silver component tarnishes within 60 days from the date of purchase, we will replace the silver part while retaining your original pearls.

The replacement process requires approximately 2 weeks.

Natural variations in shape, texture, and surface are part of a pearl’s unique beauty and are not considered defects.
